11/2009 DescriptionThe Fellowship Programme Package was developed as a resource for organizations that are interested in gaining a broader understanding of best practices and lessons learned by I-TECH in implementing an HIV Clinical and Leadership Fellowship Programme. This program was launched in India in 2005 in collaboration with the Government hospital of Thoracic Medicine, (GHTM) Chennai. The package outlines the main elements of the fellowship program; describes the planning, implementation, training and evaluation components of the Fellowship; and also provides a comprehensive course curriculum that can be used to guide training activities for junior and mid-level physician experts in HIV prevention and care as well as leadership and administrative skills.
