Clinical Care for Sexual Assault ProvidersDate:
2008 DescriptionThis online training tool was created to improve the clinical care of sexual assault survivors in low-resource settings by training clinic staff on compassionate, competent, and confidential care. It is most useful for group trainings with a facilitator, not as a self-study tool. Multiple teaching methods are used to draw in viewers and reinforce the messages, including case studies, group exercises, discussions, and video re-enactments. Interviews with service providers offer first hand perspectives on working with sexual assault survivors, reflecting perspectives and footage from areas of Asia and Africa. Find Similar Resources
