2008 DescriptionThis series of video cases was designed as a training tool to help clinicians recognize and correctly diagnose HIV opportunistic infections. Each case includes 3 parts: a patient's history, a physical examination and a follow-up session defining differential diagnoses and appropriate lab investigations. Although treatment issues are not addressed in the videos, the Facilitator's Guide contains additional discussion questions and answers on treatment issues for the OIs presented. The 10 cases can be presented individually or in a series.
