07/2006 DescriptionThis six-day course was developed to assist health care providers in the sexual health care of men who have sex with men and transgender people in Asia. This training curriculum was developed and based on the "Clinical Guidelines for Sexual Health Care of Transgender People and Men Who Have Sex with Men in Asia." The guidelines provide considerable background detail on issues such as sexuality, sexual practice, and less commonly discussed topics such as guidance on appropriate management of feminization for transgenders (eg, the use of hormones).
